The Mercedes-Benz Arena is one of the largest multifunctional arenas in Germany that has a capacity of up to 17,000 seated and standing guests, 59 spectator suites and around 2,000 parking spaces. The arena hosts sporting events such as ice hockey and basketball, as well as concerts and other events.
We were able to prevail in an application process for the planning, consulting and implementation of the new sound reinforcement concept in the Mercedes-Benz Arena. This includes the current inventory, acoustic measurements, analysis of the current state, simulation and sound design of a new sound system. In addition, a shoot-out will be carried out and evaluated on site. The renewal is expected to be completed in 2024.
