As of 01.01.2023, Philipp Schwarz will take over the management and thus replace Bernhard Müller, who will continue to be available to the company as a shareholder and valued consultant. Bernhard Müller on the change: “After almost 10 years in management, for me, it was always important to promote and push our younger colleagues, enabling the next generation to take consistent steps forward. Philipp, I wish you every success going forward and of course I’ll still be happy to help and support the whole team”. Philipp Schwarz joined the company in 2020 as project manager for the media technology department. He brings many years of experience from the TV and installation industry with him. Regarding his new role: “When I was asked last year whether I would like to join the management team, I was very pleased about the trust that was put in me and for the appreciation and recognition of my work. Together with the project managers and young engineers, I would like to further expand the company and break new ground.”
The team of managing directors, Ralf Bauer-Diefenbach and Philipp Schwarz is now also supported by the addition of Business Development Manager Florian Kresse. “MMT Network GmbH has grown significantly in the past few years, we have implemented many projects in the fields of culture, education and industry during this time. Bernhard Müller and I have expanded the company thoroughly and put together a young team. Thank you for your partnership, support, patience and the many successful projects that we have built together”, says Ralf Bauer-Diefenbach.
