Media Technology

For the main building of the Technical University of Berlin, renewal of the media technology in 19 lecture halls with networked AV signal distribution based on digital native 4k AV transmission (AVB) was planned. The task included double projections in the large lecture halls (e.g. Audimax), media control with touch panels in the new lecterns, the construction of a wiring center and a central equipment room for the passive and active network components. The connection was made via copper (1GBit/s) and fiber optic cables (10GBit/s). All lecture halls are networked with each other and can thus be used for joint events.
